CốDô Vietnamese Restaurant
Craving for some Vietnamese crusine? Getting bored with the famous The Vietnam Kitchen? You can give it a try at CốDô Vietnamese Restaurant when you are at Mid Valley. It's located at the third floor of Mid Valley, on top of the Little Vietnam and opposite the Studio R House.

The "cop mohor" is for good luck
The menu selection was quite huge. From Vietnamese dim-sum to noodles. From ala-carte meal to set meal for 2/ 4. I had a difficult time in deciding what to have for dinner as the menu itself already looked very tempting. We spending like 20 minutes looking at the menu, finally we made up our mind. I ordered the Spring Roll Platter and LKC had Spicy Hue Beef Soup Hu Tieu.

Spring Roll Platter
This spring roll platter consisted of 2 pumpkin spring rolls, 2 deep fried rice paper rolls, 2 pieces of mango and crabstick parcels, 2 pieces of banana and red bean parcels, and one Vietnamese spring roll. Priced at RM16.90, this spring roll platter was quite worth the money. The spring rolls tasted nice and special. Ever tried eating fried banana with chilli sauce? Try it all here.

Spicy Hue Beef Soup Hu Tieu
Spicy Hue Beef Soup Hu Tieu, priced at RM14, was one of the "must-try" item on the menu. Served with a plate of raw beansprout (the way Vietnamese and Thais prefer), this spicy noodle didn't really taste spicy and it was rather bland. As the name suggested, there were some beef balls, beef slices and some beef internal organs in this bowl of noodle. I think this should not be a "must-try" item on the menu.
As for the drinks, I had the Lychee & Lemongrass Jello and LKC had Soda with Sour Plum.

Lychee & Lemongrass Jello
The lychee & lemongrass jello priced at RM5.50 and tasted quite special. As the name suggested, it had the lychee and the lemongrass taste in the drink. There was some "transparent" jelly in the drink. It was like drinking cincau but the taste was a bit sourish.

Soda with Sour Plum
Priced at RM4.80, there was nothing much special with this drink. Served with a can of F&N Soda Water and sour plums.

Quiet and peaceful environment
Will definitely going there again to try on other food. Recommended to go for those who are looking for something different from local food.
